Fabio Bianchi experience in yacht construction began in 1987, while responsible for setting up the Perini Navi Shipyard. This working relation has lasted until 1987 and during this time he has personally been responsible for delivering the following units:

From 1987 to 2004, his passion in wanting to learn different types of yachts led him to become lead builder and later director of production and construction for INTERMARINE spa. Where, under his supervision the following military units and yachts were built:
- MY Balaju
- Coast Guards Gdf V 6000
- Coast Guards, 35 mt
- MY Wally Power 118
- S/Y Virtuelle (Tencara)
From 2004 to 2006 in the role of quality director at the Admiral Yachts Shipyard Fabio Bianchi was able to gain additional skills related to methodologies and technology. In the same year he began his professional surveying activities. Since 2006 he has performed a lot of surveys using expertise for criminal court cases, some legal cases and many valuations of purchasing used boats and work modifications and repairs.
From 2006 to 2011 Fabio Bianchi worked in the production site of Viareggio as Production Director for San Lorenzo Yachts in the semi displacement unit division.
